Here’s the Full List of Games Releasing in April 2017

games releasing april

It’s the beginning of a new month, people! As usual, this expected fact is greeted with a myriad lineup of different titles for gamers to point their peepers at. This April not only sees the dawn of higher weather temperatures, but the debut of several anticipated remastered titles. Parappa The Rapper, BulletstormMario Kart 8, and a few others are all coming down the pike with upgrades to their visuals and gameplay. The Disney Afternoon Collection is hitting shelves as well, with the purpose of bringing the nostalgic NES classics of many of our childhoods to the current gaming generation.

Sure, the next 30 days is ripe with revamps, but there’s also plenty to be played for those looking forward to sequels. Among the follow-ups include the fifth title in the Persona series, a diaper-essential sequel to Outlast, and the RTS threequel Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War III. The much-hyped spiritual sequel to the Banjo-Kazooie games, Yooka-Laylee, is also making its way onto our screens later on in the month. This is the part where I make an April Fool’s joke about the mythical Half-Life 3 launching today, but as all of us already know by now that is never, ever, going to happen. EVER.
