In what is quickly becoming a favorite series at DFTG, AWE me‘s Man at Arms: Reforged brings pieces of the video games we know and love out of the screen and into real life. If anyone knows how to kick some serious ass and take names in the stage combat weaponry world, it is the gentlemen at Baltimore Knife & Sword, the team behind the crafting and forging in Man at Arms. In the past, they have created beautiful masterpieces such as Inuyasha’s Tessaiga, Sauron’s mace, and even the Sword of Gryffindor. Nothing seems impossible for this team as everything they do, they make it look incredibly simple. This time around, Reforged has brought us its latest contender in the never-ending battle of awesome, Genji’s Dragonblade.

The team at Baltimore Knife & Sword used every weapon in their arsenal to perfect Genji’s Dragonblade. The results could not have been any better with traditional methods being used to forge the blade itself, and modern techniques being used to get that gorgeous green glow. It cannot be expressed enough how much a work of art this blade is. Not to mention, when some sheet metal caught the business end of their plasma cutter, they were even able to cut out Genji’s three shuriken, which he uses as his main weapon. The Baltimore Knife & Sword team has really gone above and beyond making sure they can counter a Bastion, and we respect the hell out of them for it! Keep up the great work, Man at Arms!
