LEGO Fortnite Battle Royale Fan-Made Gameplay Trailer Is Just Crazy Enough to Work (VIDEO)
Imagine, if you will, that the cute and family-friendly nature of LEGO combined themselves with the battle royale building of Fortnite. Thanks to one fan’s genius idea, we can see just what that might look like with LEGO Fortnite Battle Royale.
Using the sandbox construction game LEGO Worlds, YouTuber Bearly Regal has recreated the Tilted Towers location of Fortnite. All of the skyscrapers, the clocktowers, streets, and more are all there and ready for battle. On top of being an impressive LEGO recreation, the environment is fully destroyable meaning no building is safe in the midst of LEGO combat.
A large variety of weapons from shotguns, sniper rifles, rocket launchers and more are available for players to wreak havoc on others and the surrounding area. The recreation also comes with a variety of costumes, building options, and abilities which can be found and utilized within LEGO Worlds.
Unfortunately, the combat seems a little unrefined but that’s to be expected from a LEGO title. All in all, LEGO Fortnite Battle Royale looks hilarious and worth a try, if only it was real. Check it out for yourself in the video below:
Bearly Regal has created quite a few LEGO recreations such as the Brooklyn Nine-Nine intro or the first two town’s of Pokemon Red, all done within LEGO Worlds. LEGO Worlds is available for PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch.
