‘SON’ Horror Game Reveals Haunting Gameplay Trailer (VIDEO)

The upcoming survival horror game from RedG Studios is seemingly going to be quite the ride for players. With the release o SON expected for later this year, many are ready to jump into the shoes of Robert Alderson and find his son in a massive Pennsylvanian forest.

That said, RedG has released a new trailer that highlights what is to come. If the video is any indication, the beautifully haunting SON should provide players with plenty of spookiness. Check it out for yourself below:

For those unaware of what SON is about, here is more from the game’s website:

“S.O.N takes place in the most well known forest in the world, Clarencaster. The 300,000 acre forest located in southern Pennsylvania is full of plant life, beauty and mystery. In the most southern base of the iconic Pennsylvania forest lays an area that has given Clarencaster the title of the most dangerous area in the world.

South Of Nowhere.

In 2018, 648 people went missing including multiple search & rescue teams, police officers and hikers. Only 22 bodies were ever found, all children. You will see through the eyes of Robert Alderson, an unemployed, hard nosed, old school father who drowns out his past demons with alcohol. Neglecting everyone and everything.

On February 22nd Roberts son Jay was taken right out of his home and deep into the terrifying forest. Robert will go after whoever..whatever took his son. A parents love for their child is deep, but does a parents love for their child conquer fear..

This is Robert’s story.”

We don’t know about you, but that definitely sounds like a ton of chilling creepiness. All will be revealed when SON arrives on the PlayStation 4 later this year. Unfortunately, there is no concrete release date as of now. Keep it tuned to Don’t Feed the Gamers as this story develops, and for other gaming goodness going on right now, check out the following:
