Halo: Master Chief Collection Debuts OG Xbox Gear For 20th Anniversary
The Halo franchise has been around for a whole 20 years, an impressive amount of time for any series to run in the video game world. It’s a feat worthy of celebration and the developers at 343 Industries aren’t going to let that opportunity go to waste. Throughout the month of November, fans will be able to pick up a variety of goodies in Halo: Master Chief Collection designed to show their pride and embrace the longevity of the Halo legacy.
A new post has arrived on Halo Waypoint detailing all the goodies fans will be able to enjoy over the rest of the year. From new skins such as the “Orion” armor that first made its debut in the OG Halo: Combat Evolved reveal trailer to several OG Halo weapon skins themed with Xbox colorations, armor pieces featuring the”Duke” controller, and a wearable Xbox console as well as much more.
In order to pick up each item piece, fans will need to check in on the day that each item is available in the Halo: Master Chief Collection exchange store before it goes away. However, it won’t be forever. 343 Industries does explain that fans will be able to pick these items up again at a later date, though there was no specification as to when. A full rundown of when each of these goodies arrives is shown below.
