Cyberpunk 2077 Hotfix 1.11 Addresses Issues Made By The Previous Patch

Cyberpunk 2077

The developers at CD Projekt RED have been hard at work trying to fix the various issues within Cyberpunk 2077, with each new patch bringing some much-needed changes to help improve the game. Unfortunately not all patches fully fix issues. Occasionally, a patch can bring even more issues with it such as the last hotfix for the game, 1.1. In order to fix the bugs that emerged from the previous patch, hotfix 1.11 has arrived for users to download.

Two particular issues arose after Hotfix 1.1 hit Cyberpunk 2077. Item randomization became broken after the patch arrived with items from lootable containers not scaling properly, if the items even spawned in at all. The second issue appeared during the “Down on the Street” quest, where players would enter into a holocall with Takemura but couldn’t progress through the various dialogue options within the call itself and wouldn’t allow for interaction between other NPCs. The patch notes for Hotfix 1.11 explain that the item randomization has been returned to the state it was in before patch 1.1, while it also solves the problem with the Takemura call. The notes also explain that the developers are continuing to look into a save/load loot exploit that fans have discovered and will likely be one of the key points that are addressed in the next major patch.

Cyberpunk 2077

Cyberpunk 2077 is currently available for PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Google Stadia, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S. Though the game has seen various setbacks and problems even after release, it has done quite well becoming the biggest digital launch of all time.
