Call Of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Update Fixes Zombies Bugs And More

Call of Duty

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War released late last year, and has slowly been tweaked and improved over time by Treyarch in the hopes of providing players with an optimal experience. There are still some issues that need to be addressed but the latest patch notes have arrived detailing some of the much-needed changes that have arrived across the title. These include some updates for the Zombies game mode, League Play, and more.

League Play for Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War has seen some particular issues such as the button for the mode showing up in players’ Combat Record within the Barracks menu as well as a problem that saw non-Master Calling Cards displaying negative values in the Challenge menus. Both of these have been fixed alongside an adjustment for the competitive mode that restricts the use of the RC-XD killstreak. Friendly Fire has also been tweaked so damage ricochets back to the attackers after their 2nd teamkill and after two additional attempts, the offending players are kicked from the match.

Alongside further UI changes, the Zombies mode is also getting some new updates such as solving an exploit where players were able to stand on the Crafting Table as well as instances where players were teleported out of the map entirely when using the teleporter in the Village area. Even the multiplayer got some love, with the developers addressing a problem with the “Express” map that allowed players to Capture a hardpoint while outside the appropriate zone.
