Showtime’s Halo TV Series Shows Off Master Chief Getting Into Character

Fans have never officially seen the Master Chief’s face within the Halo franchise. While the developers may have had an idea of what the character might look like at some point, it became a part of John-117’s mysterious appeal that fans have yet to see the character’s war weathered appearance of the series’ legendary hero. Of course with Showtime’s Halo TV series currently underway, an actor will need to be behind the iconic hero, and with any luck fans will potentially see the character’s face once and for all – at least on through the TV medium.

The official Halo Twitter account recently revealed a brand new image of actor Pablo Schreiber holding the Master Chief’s iconic Mjolnir helmet. Schreiber will be playing John-117 in the upcoming show and serves as a nice tease for what’s to come. Looks like he’s ready to rock!

The Showtime Halo series has yet to recieve a release date, but it seems as though the project is making some good progress, though it will be interesting to see what they do with such a beloved franchise.

Are there any other actors or actresses you’d like to see take on a role from the Halo-verse? Could fans finally catch a look at the Master Chief’s face in the upcoming TV series or perhaps even in Halo Infinite? Let us know your thoughts on the photo of Pablo Schreiber and more in the comments section below.
