The highly anticipated Demon’s Souls Remake is certainly turning out to be ‘not your father’s’ Souls-like experience. Now, it’s been revealed that the Demon’s Souls Remake will over 180 guide videos, all accessible through the PS5’s UI.

As reported by the folks over at The Washington Post, Demon’s Souls Remake ““will make use of the PS5’s activities UI, which offers helpful tips regarding certain tasks. According to creative director Gavin Moore, the game will have “over 180 [guide] videos, each with increasing levels of visibility into what’s needed to complete portions of the game.”

For those unaware, Sony showed off its PS5 UI last month, with the presenter going into detail on how the system works while switching back and forth between it and another PS5 launch title, Sackboy: A Big Adventure. During the presentation, a guide video was brought up that provided detailed, easy to follow instructions on how to obtain a cosmetic from the early part of the level that was being played.

As one would expect from one of the original Souls-like experiences, Demon’s Souls Remake will undoubtedly be quite difficult, so these guide videos will likely more than do their part to help make the game more accessible to those that prefer a casual experience.
