Skyrim Player Kills All NPCs And Creatures In The Game

Skyrim

There are plenty of mods out there that allow players to kill anybody, whether it’s unkillable or important NPC’s who give out quests and more. While on one hand it can be used as a way to make the game feel more immersive and to feel the weight of one’s actions a bit more, these mods can also be used in more devious ways where players can just sit back and watch the world burn. One particular player has now taken it upon themselves to end the lives of everybody and everything in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.

A recent post made by Redditor jaeinskyrim recently posted to the Skyrim subreddit, showing off their character as they mass-exterminate all beings within the game. Tallying up 2201 NPCs and over 2400 different creatures killed in the world, the user ominously proclaims, “I am alone in Skyrim.” It is worth mentioning that with the number of generic NPCs that can respawn into the world, such as soldiers or creatures that spawn in random world events, it is difficult to say whether or not jaeinskyrim was able to fully clear the world but, so long as they stay out of render range of whatever could potentially respawn then it should still count, right?

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is currently available on PC, 7th-gen consoles, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch. What would it feel like to be the last person alive in Skyrim? Have you seen any other impressive feats such as this? There was a previous story about a player who crashed their game by blowing up all the vehicles they could get within one area of Cyberpunk 2077, so plenty of similar tales surely exist out there in the world. Let us know your thoughts on the clearing of Skyrim in the most bloody and brutal way in the comments section below.
