Awesome Rains from Above with this Amazing Pharah Cosplay from Overwatch
It is no secret that Blizzard Entertainment’s Overwatch has become a worldwide hit. With a cast of such memorable characters, it’s inevitable that we will see some amazing recreations of those characters. Teacher, professional gamer, and cosplayer Germia has brought one such character to life with this amazingly detailed Pharah Cosplay.
As you can see, Germia chose the Anubis skin version of our favorite rocket launching heroine. The detail is immaculate. She brought her Pharah cosplay to the London ComicCon, in which she became a finalist in the Eurocosplay contest. Not only does the Overwatch inspired costume look incredible, but this extremely talented artist also made the costume automated. Her wings retract and her shoulders expose the extra rockets for Pharah’s Ultimate attack, Barrage. Check out the video showing off the intricacies of her amazing creation:

As you can tell, a lot of work went into this masterpiece. On Germia’s Facebook page, she even shows some of her progress pictures, letting us know how much hard work and dedication went into this project. According to Germia, the costume is primarily made up of EVA foam and Worbla, a thermoplastic that is malleable when heated. The artist also says that she constructed all the servos herself as well.
