New PUBG Patch Has A Ton Of New Skins, Parachute Colours, And More On The Way
PlayerUnknown Battlegrounds (PUBG) is a game that continues to break records with its sweltering number of players. That doesn’t mean they are done making improvements to the title. That is totally understandable with the game still being at an early access status on Steam and set to release to Xbox One in December. A new PUBG patch for the game’s test server was datamined where players discovered a new desert map and tons of new cosmetic options, such as coloured parachutes, jet skis, and more!
The test servers may be closed, but that didn’t stop dedicated fans from diving deep into the code to see what else could be uncovered. One of the new features uncovered was the addition of jet skis. Another major section of the patch includes tons of new cosmetic options that bring more uniqueness to your player. Skin-Tracker provided a 3D look at the items that were discovered, which can be viewed here. Below are some of our favorites including a sweet “Winner Winner Chicken Dinner” t-shirt.
The new outfits and parachute changes are very swanky. From a player who doesn’t really think much of his chute, the idea of being able to customize that element is something that would actually make players like me pay attention to it. Plenty of other cosmetic items are getting changes like some new tops, which include a Twitch outfit and a spikey armor piece. Other items include glasses, boots, pants and more.
What are your thoughts on the datamined new details from the new PUBG patch for their test server? What is your favorite new cosmetic item potentially coming to the game?
