The Outer World 2 Announced With Hilarious Trailer (VIDEO)
With one of the final announcements during the Xbox + Bethesda showcase, the team over at Microsoft decided to show off one of the most serious-yet-hilarious trailers that we’ve seen during E3 2021. What better to take that prize than the announcement trailer for The Outer Worlds 2!? Check out this trailer for yourself to see just what we are talking about:
The Outer Worlds 2 announcement trailer is filled with both nothing and everything at the same time! Narrated by an ‘old and wise’ voice, the announcement trailer is comprised of nearly all cool visual effects and things that might or might not be in the end product – we don’t really know and we are not sure if they do either. All to fill a minute and a half long trailer to say The Outer Worlds 2 is coming… sometime in the future.
While The Outer Worlds 2 does not have a release date, they did hit us with a joke regarding it as a description for the video above: “New solar system, new crew, same Outer Worlds. The Outer Worlds 2 is coming…and when that day is closer we will show you more…but until then enjoy this.” Enjoy the trailer we definitely did, and can’t wait to learn more in the future. Personally, I really enjoyed the Moon Man even having his hands up, like “yep, I’m not quite sure what that was either.”
So what did you think of the announcement trailer for The Outer Worlds 2? What are you hoping to learn about the title in the future? Who are you hoping to see return in the second game in the sequel?
