Hitman III Announced For PlayStation 5 Next Year (VIDEO)

From the same folks that started the masterful Hitman trilogy, IO Interactive announced Hitman III for PlayStation 5, which is slated for release next tear. Revealed as the “dramatic conclusion to the World of Assassination trilogy,” only death awaits for those who dare wander in Agent 47’s path. Check out the announcement trailer below:

Hitman III is expected to hit shelves within the first month of 2021. Agent 47 returns to set on the “most important contracts of his entire career.” Just like its immediate predecessor, the upcoming and final sequel to the three-part series will land our dear protagonist at location across the world, including ones from the previous two games. All locations from Hitman and Hitman 2 can be imported and experienced in the third title at no additional cost to players.

Furthermore, player progression is saved, which means it will be a flawless transition from one chapter to the next. This feature will be available at launch when it hits shelves in January 2021. For now, Hitman series fans can enjoy Miami Heatwave, the content update for Hitman 2 which includes new contract, elusive targets, and more.
