Skyrim Tabletop Game Crowdfunding Campaign Is Now Live
The video game industry has many enduring classics, but perhaps none have become as ubiquitous with constant revival and re-adaptation as The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. The game has been notoriously revitalized for just about every gaming console since its original release, and modders even find ways to get it ported to non-gaming devices like digital pregnancy tests. Skyrim has also found itself adapted to analog game forms in recent years, specifically in the world of tabletop gaming. Now, a new The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim tabletop game crowdfunding campaign has begun that seeks to bring the game to a tabletop adventure game format.

Modiphius Entertainment has launched their Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim tabletop game crowdfunding campaign on Gamefound recently. The adventure game tells a new story in the world of Skyrim, with 1 to 4 players controlling surviving members of the Blades. Just like Skyrim itself, the game features a main campaign with plenty of side quests to make the game last as long or as short as the players may like. With campaign chapters lasting between 90 and 120 minutes, the adventure game offers a epic experience that can take multiple sessions.
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim tabletop game crowdfunding campaign offers three tiers for contributors, starting with a 68 British Pound pledge ($92 in USD) rewarding donors with the complete base game. A $190 pledge will net donors the base game, as well as the Dawnguard and From the Ashes expansions. The biggest $300 pledge level includes all of these previous tier contents, as well as a wide variety of upgraded miniatures, game mat, metal gold septims and all the gameplay unlocks. Orders are expected to be fulfilled around August of 2022. The adventure game looks like it faithfully translates the video game experience into the tabletop medium in a fun and in-depth way. Fun Ro Dah!
