User-Friendly Destiny 2 Trailer Gives Newcomers a Chance to Catch Up (VIDEO)
When the first Destiny launched, there was a lot of mixed critique about the FPS from Bungie. Many felt that the game was misrepresented and over-hyped prior to launch, and went on to say that the “story” content was lacking, monotonous, and left little to be desired. A few expansions later, the tune started to change as it was clear to players that Bungie was lending a critical ear to all of the feedback. With Destiny 2, and many promises of one helluva ride narratively, gamers everywhere are excited to don those Guardian boots once more and dive back into the fight. But with the game opening up to PC for the first time, many might not know a lot about the FPS, so Bungie put together a new Destiny 2 trailer to give newbies a chance to catch up:
“What is Destiny 2,” the newest video asks. The video goes into what the game is and what new gamers to the franchise can expect. For those veterans of the series, both solo and multiplayer play is heavily referenced with a focus on the highly evolved story from the first installment. The video above also touches on the PvP mode, raids, competitive play, and more. It’s the perfect introduction for newcomers to the world of Destiny.
