The second season of The Mandalorian is nearly upon us! Disney announced the official release date of season two. We already know that the producers have cast the likes of Sasha Banks and Temuera Morrison, and there’s even going to be novel and comic book spin-offs based on the adorably dynamic duo. The news that Star Wars fans have all been waiting for, however, is a release date for the highly-anticipated second season. Finally, it’s here.

On October 30th, season 2 of The Mandalorian is coming to Disney Plus. Din Djarin is coming back right before spooky season to bring back The Child (AKA baby Yoda). After the two bid farewell to their party in the last episode, all that’s left to the viewr’s imagination is to see where the galaxy takes them next.

Considering the ending of the last episode, we’ll undoubtedly see much more screen time of Moff Gideon as well. Giancarlo Esposito, the same actor portraying Anton Castillo in Far Cry 6, recently came out to say that he believes Moff Gideon is force-sensitive. His purpose and history is a mystery that will unravel in the episodes to come.

Regardless, I’m excited to see where season two of The Mandalorian takes viewers next and I can’t wait to see more of Pedro Pascal as Din Djarin. Where is the notorious bounty hunter headed to next? What kind of precarious situations will the coveted powers of The Child land them next? We’ll find out on October 30th when we collectively binge-watch the show on Disney Plus.
