Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order Sequel Hinted At By EA

It looks like Jedi Cal Kestis’ journey is far from over! The Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order protagonist will almost certainly be back for the game’s upcoming sequel, which was recently hinted at by the folks over at Electronic Arts.

The news comes by way of a recent earnings call held by EA wherein the mega publisher spoke about 14 games arriving in this next fiscal year, one of which appears to be a Mass Effect Trilogy ‘HD Remake’. At one point during the call, EA CEO Andrew Wilson spoke about Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order’s staggering sales numbers, revealing that the title has had more than 10 million unique users since the title’s release late last year. Wilson goes on to say that the game will be the “first title in an entirely new franchise,” effectively promising us at least one sequel on its way from Respawn Entertainment.

That isn’t the only good news regarding Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, as Respawn recently revealed loads of new content for the game. Appropriately announced on Star Wars Day, the game is getting a New Journey + mode that brings with it a new outfit and lightsaber customization options, as well as a few miscellaneous game modes separate from the main campaign. Those looking to read up on the update – which is now live – can do so right here.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is now available for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
