Resident Evil Village Lady Dimitrescu Face Model Cosplay Stands Above The Rest
Resident Evil Village has so far been a significant success for Capcom, keeping the recent streak of successful core Resident Evil games held by Resident Evil 7 and the remakes of RE2 and RE3. The game has fared fairly well with critics, and so far has shipped over 3 million copies of the game. Fans have especially taken a shining to the game’s tall ghoulish Lady Dimitrescu, who has become the subject of many memes and fan art pieces. Plenty of fans have also cosplayed the fair lady, but perhaps none can top the cosplay now revealed by the actual Lady Dimitrescu face model herself.

As reported by Game Informer, Helena Mankowska has revealed new pics of her Lady Dimitrescu cosplay on her official Instagram account. Mankowska was recruited by Capcom to use her face as the likeness for Lady Dimitrescu’s digital model in Resident Evil Village, and has seen a significant increase in her online following for this role. As such, Mankowska has given the fans more of what they want, as she has adorned a cosplay that transforms her into Lady Dimitrescu herself, and the results are rather striking.

With the help of makeup artist Anna Mundet, photographer Luis Padilla and editor Caro M.G., the Lady Dimitrescu face model was able to recreate the look of the Resident Evil character, and make it look just like a screenshot taken from the game. Mankowska also managed to find the perfect Victorian-era locations to further add to the ambience of the photoshoot. For fans sad about Lady Dimitrescu’s fairly small amount of screen time in Resident Evil Village, this is a nice way of seeing more of her, now in the flesh. Hopefully though, Mankowska doesn’t try to create the claw hands too closely for a later photoshoot, or use foam to turn into Dimitrescu’s monstrous form.
