Rainbow Six Siege: Tachanka Glitch Actually Makes Him Useful (For Once)
Tachanka of Rainbow Six Siege is not one of the best characters to use in the tactical shooter title by any means. While other defender characters have the ability to hunt down enemies, see through walls, and supply allies with armor, Tachanka has only the power of his shielded turret which he has to man for a special ability. This however does have its uses as seen in a new glitch which makes the character incredibly useful for all players on the defending team.
Normally, there’s a trade off in the game between speed and armor. Characters that are agile generally have less armor while the more heavily armored characters are significantly slower. This is all changed with a new glitch which gives characters a boost to their speed with the help of Tachanka’s glorious turret.
According to a post on Reddit, all players need to do is have one character play as Tachanka. After the game begins, place the Russian’s turret down and then one by one each defender needs to jump on and off the turrent 3-5 times. Once this has been completed, they now have speed equal to the fastest characters in the game. Unfortunately, characters with level three speed will not get any extra bonuses.
Tachanka hasn’t seen a buff for quite some time and developers have no plans of doing so anytime soon. The glitch itself can be quite game breaking in the right hands, will the developers be fixing it anytime soon?
