Latest Overwatch Teaser Hints At Potential New Hero – Emre Sarioglu

With the introduction of Moira during BlizzCon 2017, bringing another support to the game with equally destructive power, Blizzard already has the next hero coming up and out of the wood-works. In the latest Overwatch teaser posted on their official Twitter account, a new “declassified after-action report” details operation White Dome. Headed by our mature sniping healer, Ana Amari, a group of personnel including engineer Torbjorn, Reinhardt, a mysterious third teammate named Emre Sarioglu were sent on a mission in Istanbul.

Though the team was ambushed by a group a omnics, all 4 made it out alive. However, the report makes out details regarding Torbjorn and and Reinhardt’s actions during the altercation, but none on Ana nor Emre Sarioglu. Then again, that’s just a summary of the full report. What else could Blizzard be hiding? See for yourself in the snippet below:

Could this Overwatch teaser be hinting at a new challenger in the midst or is it another hero joining the fight? Hopefully sooner than later, more will be revealed on Emre Sarioglu and his or her role in operation White Dome. To those of whom pay attention to the going-ons with Overwatch game director Jeff Kaplan, there was already a very vague tease of a new hero incoming, but for it to be this soon? Bring it on, Papa Jeff.

There’s the possibility this “declassified” Overwatch teaser just happened to mention an arbitrary name for the sake of it. Then again, what’s the likelihood of that? We’ll find it in due time. What do you think of another hero joining the fight so soon? What class are you hoping this person will be added to – offense, defense, support, or tank? Let us know in the comments section below or start a conversation on Don’t Feed the Gamers Facebook page.
