Jeff Kaplan recently decided to drop a hint at the next Overwatch hero during a developer update, and while he didn’t reveal much about the character, he did tell players that is a male hero. Following that, it seemed that Overwatch World Cup Team Mexico leaked the hero, revealing it to be someone named Sigma. Of course, this wasn’t official, but the recently released videos sure are, and they definitely seem to be teasing Sigma.

The two videos to appear in as many days are certainly teasing something, and it looks to be the next Overwatch hero. The first video released was disguised as a developer update, but was quickly cut short when a portal essentially opens up and swallows the video. The second piece of footage shows a close up on what appears to be the chest of a person wearing an orange and black outfit of sorts. However, the tag clearly shows the letter sigma from the Greek alphabet, leading many to believe all of the rumors and leaks have been true.

Of course, Sigma could just be another piece of the puzzle that is the next Overwatch hero, much like Hammond and Wrecking Ball. Either way, we will just have to wait until the developers are ready to officially reveal hero 31.
