Overwatch April Event Skins Revealed Early via Xbox Live Image Leak
The Xbox Live Marketplace began advertising a little early it seems. Unless Blizzard meant to release the Overwatch April content information early for Xbox users, that is. Reddit user AsranStark posted on the game’s subreddit of an “Overwatch: Origins Edition” image showing Tracer, Reinhardt, Torbjorn, and Mercy sporting the uniforms seen in the latest comic Uprising. In it, Jack battles with himself when making the decision of helping King’s Row or sticking to protocol and politics and Tracer begins her journey as an addition to the team. Check out the “leaked” image below:
Of course, Soldier 76 doesn’t need one because he already has it in the form of the Strike Commander [Jack] Morrison skin. Granted, none of this was really wasn’t a secret anyway, seeing as the “King’s Row Uprising” event was officially announced to the public last week. However, the photo does reveal which of the heroes would be receiving new skins this time around and more on what they will look like in-game. More than likely, those four may not be the only ones receiving a new wardrobe! Based on Reaper’s involvement with the Overwatch team as more of an informant at this point, it is doubtful that he will be seeing one. Then again, other surprises may be in store in the form of goodies in Loot Boxes – emotes, sprays, and new voice lines!
Declassification for the Overwatch April event “King’s Row Uprising” begins on April 11th, 2017 for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.
