Meet the New Warden Class in Latest Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind Trailer (VIDEO)

New Warden Class

This June, Elder Scrolls Online MMORPG will be receiving its next expansion: Morrowind. Releasing with the expansion is the new Warden class, the first to make an appearance outside the base game. A new video showcasing the Wardens and their furry friends has arrived and includes some of the abilities that players can expect to use, as well as some backstory to introduce the character into the game itself.

Revealing themselves to the world for the first time, the Wardens possess a wide assortment of abilities to help defend the wilds and people of Tamriel. With a versatility not previously found in The Elder Scrolls Online, the type of Warden you can become is completely up to you and your playstyle. Summon the fearsome war bear, encase yourself in rock-solid ice, or conjure healing plants from the soil. When you create a Warden character, the possibilities are endless.”

The Warden is somewhat druid-like with skill trees that focus on nature and commanding beasts. Animal Companions is a tree that focuses on utilizing creatures to damage and harass enemies. On the other hand, Winter’s Embrace manipulates cold to create defensive barriers. The Green Balance skill tree focuses on healing plants for yourself and allies, again bringing in that natural theme full circle. With the wide range of abilities, it will be quite easy to create multiple different variations of the new Warden class in the new expansion.

The Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind will feature a storyline which includes the warrior-poet Vivec and the Vvardenfell location. A new 4v4 gamemode will also come into the game with Battlegrounds PvP. The Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind expansion will release June 6th, 2017 for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.

Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind was one of the games that drew a lot of people into the Elder Scrolls franchise. With it being incorporated into ESO, many players are sure to experience nostalgia with their roots within this series and new players to the Elder Scrolls world can see the game from a different perspective.
