New Starfield Trailer Revealed With Official Release Date (VIDEO)

E3 2021 is continuing to excite gamers around the world, with yesterday’s Ubisoft presentation revealing some intriguing new Far Cry 6 content, a new Mario + Rabbids game, and plenty more. Today it’s Microsoft and Bethesda’s time to shine, with the joint presentation kicking things off with the release of a brand new Starfield trailer.

At the beginning of the Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase, Microsoft debuted a new cinematic trailer for Starfield. The trailer is narrated by what appears to be the female astronaut preparing for launch aboard the ship called Constellation, which may be the primary ship players will use to flit about the galaxy. Check out the trailer below:

“Starfield is the first new universe in 25 years from Bethesda Game Studios, the award-winning creators of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and Fallout 4,” the video’s description reads. “In this next generation role-playing game set amongst the stars, create any character you want and explore with unparalleled freedom as you embark on an epic journey to answer humanity’s greatest mystery.”

As for platform availability, it comes to little surprise that Microsoft has chosen to keep Starfield as an exclusive title. As such, the game will be launching on November 11, 2022 exclusively for PC and Xbox Series X.
