Heroes of the Storm Shows Off Heroes in All Their Mustache Glory Within PTR
There are a lot of cosmetic options to choose from in the popular MOBA Heroes of the Storm which allows players to dress up their favorite heroes in a variety of different outfits, some of them quite bizarre. However there is one peculiar detail which many in the game’s Public Test Region are quick to bring attention to. Many of the characters within the game have been spotted in all of their mustache glory and it’s … well, perfect actually.
Many of the title’s heroes are finding themselves with lip caterpillars on their faces regardless of race, ethnicity, or gender. The mustachioed heroes have appeared since the latest PTR update, which also includes the latest hero, Garrosh as well as an abundance of new cosmetic items. There is no mention of the mustaches in the patch notes, which makes things all the more curious. Some of the characters default skins have even been given mustaches as well, some of them can be seen below:
Of course this could be an error, some of the mustaches seem to also have a dark strip under the mouth that doesn’t quite look like it was intended as a beard. No Shave November is just around the corner, perhaps Blizzard will be hosting some kind of event in-game. While nothing has been confirmed, it does add a hilarious addition to the playstyle in-game.
Are the mustaches some kind of prank on Blizzard’s part? Should this mustache glory be included as an every day addition or stick to PTR? Sound off with your thoughts on facial haired goodness in the comment section below.
