Monster Hunter Rise Nintendo Switch Console, Pro Controller Revealed
As 2021 continues to roll out, gamers are looking towards all the new games coming out this year. One franchise that has exploded in popularity the past decade has been Monster Hunter, which has a new title coming this year to the Nintendo Switch with Monster Hunter Rise. The series used to mainly be a big hit in Japan, but has grown its fandom in the west with more and more games in the series being brought to US console markets. Now, Capcom and Nintendo have unveiled the special themed Monster Hunter Rise Nintendo Switch console and Pro Controller releasing alongside the new game.
As reported by GameInformer, Capcom and Nintendo have collaborated on a new themed Monster Hunter Rise Nintendo Switch console and Pro Controller, to celebrate the new title. The special console bundle comes with the standard Nintendo device, with Dragon Hunter designs on the tech. The Nintendo Switch dock features a gold and black Magnamalo on it, as well as decorative Monster Hunter designs on it and the Joycons themselves. The bundle also includes a digital download code for Monster Hunter Rise and its Deluxe Kit DLC.
The Magnamalo and similar gold and black designs are also present on the separately sold Monster Hunter Rise Nintendo Switch Pro Controller, making it perfect for hardcore Monster Hunter fans that want a sturdy controller to help them function at peak capacities while on a hunt. Both the special Nintendo Switch console bundle and Pro Controller will be available for purchase on March 26th alongside the launch of Monster Hunter Rise itself. Rise will be the first core entry in the series to come to the Nintendo Switch, and hopefully it is everything that fans have been hoping it can be. May it be as loyal as a Palamute and as faithful as a Palico.
