Fortnite: How The New Wild West LTM Works
With a new week having arrived, that must mean new content is in store for Fortnite players. Epic Games has implemented a new patch that brings a bit of explosive fun to Battle Royale, but a new Limited Time Mode has also been brought in to spice things up.
The Wild West LTM puts a spin on Battle Royale, with the same premise of last combatant standing remaining. However, weapons and items have all been limited, which means you won’t be able to shoot out builds with rocket launchers or eliminate others with a bit of Disco goodness. Here’s the rundown on what will be available in the LTM:
Summary
Fight for the Victory Royale using a limited set of weapons and items such as Hunting Rifles, Shotguns and Dynamite.
Mode Details
- Available Weapons
- Hunting Rifle
- Pump Shotgun
- Double Barrel Shotgun
- Six Shooter
- Minigun
- Available Items
- Campfire
- Bandages
- Medical Kits
- Dynamite
- Slurp Juice
- Supply Drops can contain
- Epic Six Shooters
- Legendary Double Barrel Shotguns and Miniguns
- Slurp Juice
It may be easy to point out which of the above weapons doesn’t belong in the Wild West. That is likely why Epic was quick to remove the Minigun from the LTM, as it doesn’t exactly fit with the theme. There is dynamite, however, but that has also been disabled due to some issues with the client crashing. You can read more about what else is new right here.
Fortnite is currently available on Mac, PC, PlayStation 4, Switch, Xbox One, Android, and iOS devices. Keep it tuned to Don’t Feed the Gamers as this story develops, and for other gaming goodness going on right now, check out the following:
