Cooler Invades Dragon Ball FighterZ In Exciting Reveal Trailer (VIDEO)

Dragon Ball FighterZ Cooler

Dragon Ball FighterZ boasts an impressive and diverse roster, one that most fighting fans would be hard-pressed to be disappointed with. I mean, look at all the Gokus the game has! Despite the full character count currently standing at 28, Bandai Namco has seen fit to spoil us further and introduce even more characters to the stylish brawler, most recently unveiling the alien threat Cooler at EVO 2018.

The trailer shown off during the event begins as one might expect, presenting a sizzle reel of explosive and intense gameplay. What followed was the tease of a mighty new fighter, which likely put the EVO crowd on the edge of their toes with anticipation. It’s here where Dragon Ball Z-era villain Cooler was finally revealed, previewing his ultimate transformation and brutal throwdown abilities. Frieza’s fearsome sibling indeed packs a huge purple punch, one that reaches peak menace with the planet-ending Supernova attack. Check it out below.

Cooler’s extended appearance is quite the surprise for Dragon Ball FighterZ players, especially since the villain’s announcement happened prior to the release of base Goku and Vegeta. With this previous date still not entirely set, the reveal of Cooler only begs the question of when we’ll eventually get to fulfill his/my destiny of beating up multiple Gokus. Hopefully it’ll be sooner rather than later, at least in time for the game’s Nintendo Switch launch on September 28th. Dragon Ball FighterZ is currently available for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
