Fallout Miami Mod Team Releases September Progress Update (VIDEO)

The folks working on the massive upcoming Fallout Miami mod have released a new update video sharing the mod’s progress. Appropriately titled the September Progress Update, the 4-minute video details some of the new creations the team has been working on for the mod. This includes a new OST, a new weapon, as well as new structures and vehicles. Check out the video below:

As revealed in the video, the Fallout Miami team has finished a new OST for the mod titled Sunburn Memories, with the video including a brief clip of the song that fans can listen to. According to the team, the track can be heard “while exploring the white, sandy beaches of Miami’s Atlantic coastline.” Composed by Matthew Bertram and mixed by Engon, the track “evokes hot summer days long past.” Sunburn Memories can be heard in its entirety in the video below:

In addition to the new OST, the modding team has also released a few screenshots of upcoming content for Fallout Miami. These include a straight razor that players can spice up by using it with poison, or affixing a serrated blade. The team also revealed a floor-mounted automated turret model created by CoolestGuy, as well as the finished texture for an armored vehicle. Last but not least, a lifeguard assistant Protectron – a suggestion made by community member BlijeKoffie – has made it to the concept art stage, which can be found below.

The Fallout Miami team concluded their post – which can be found right here – by congratulating the Fallout 4 New Vegas team on their release of a video showing off the mod’s character creation, as well as the first few moments of the game.
