Destiny 2 free

It’s almost time for PC gamers to get in on the action, as Bungie’s latest shooter is making its way to the platform in less than a week. Console players have been taking on all of the Nightfall strikes, Leviathan Raids, and more since the game’s release at the beginning of September, but now it’s time for a new group to get their shot at all of the glory to be had in Destiny 2. Speaking of which, a bit of news out of Nvidia may interest the PC crowd. If you’re looking to beef up your rig for the sequel to the 2014 title, the purchase of select higher-end GeForce GTX graphics cards will also get you Destiny 2 free.

Purchasing either a GeForce GTX 1080 or 1080 Ti graphics card will get you the new title as a free bonus. Additionally, if one were to pick up a new PC or laptop with either card already in it, they will also get Destiny 2 free of charge. To redeem your promotional code, you will first need to install Nvidia’s GeForce Experience. After that is all set up, do the following:

Go to the Account drop-down menu and click “REDEEM”. Paste your coupon code from your qualifying bundle purchase and click “REDEEM”. At this point your coupon code will be permanently associated to your NVIDIA account.”

Upon completing the steps above, you’ll have seven days to finish the process. It’s nothing too drastic, as you’ll just need to log in to your Blizzard account, verify it, and click “REDEEM”. After that, gamers will be all set to take on Destiny 2 in 4K with uncapped framerates when it drops for PC.

Destiny 2 is currently available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, with the game finally coming to PC on October 24.
