Destiny 2 Forsaken Players Discover Hidden Area, Hints To Missing Exotic (VIDEO)

Destiny 2

Destiny has always had hidden weapons, armor, and secrets to be found by Guardians. Some are locked until certain requirements are met such as time passed, player discoveries,  raid completion, and much more. Destiny 2 is no exception, especially when it comes to the release of the game’s latest expansion called Forsaken. A recent discovery may hint to not only an upcoming location players will be able to head to but an exotic Hand Cannon and the questline needed to acquire it as well.

The Malfeasance Hand Cannon is quite unique in its look, with many fans likening the weapon to the Destiny 2 version of the Thorn. A recent chance encounter occurred when a Redditor by the name of paxlyn17 died while in the Corrupted strike and went AFK. When they returned, paxlyn17 found their Ghost was in a new area called Callum’s Grave. Other players keen to explore the area discovered the entrance in which it will most likely be accessed as well as a way to get into the newly discovered area. While it can be done with all classes, it might be necessary for a Warlock to use their Super to keep the team alive in an instant .

Dataminers have discovered that the Malfeasance will be tied to an Exotic quest, and Callum’s Grave is thought to be the first step in the questline. YouTuber xHoundishx has gone into detail about this datamined information as well as the importance of Callum’s Grave in relation to Destiny 2 lore, particularly a charred body print found within the Grave. The quest also seems to be connected with the insanely fun game mode which arrived with Forsaken, Gambit, and its host known as “The Drifter”.

Destiny 2: Forsaken is available for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. Gambit was recently opened to all for free this weekend, giving many players a chance to check out this PvE/ PvP game mode and all of the intense action it has to offer.
