Dead By Daylight Devs Show Off New Game Deathgarden

Dead By Daylight developer Behaviour Interactive has officially announced its latest game, a shooter called ‘Deathgarden’. Deathgarden appears to be a play on the same formula prevalent in Dead By Daylight; 5 agile players take on one massive, well-armed entity, with gameplay elements designed to make it a (relatively) fair fight. The developer recently released a new teaser trailer for the game, which can be seen below:

Seen in the trailer above, one agile-looking person is chained up to an interesting looking construct. The camera then pulls back to bring a heavily armored shooter into view, whose armor depicts the logo for the Thrill of the Hunt perk in Dead By Daylight. The fact that the logo is shown in the Deathgarden trailer makes us wonder whether or not the two games are connected, though Behaviour Interactive has yet to confirm that a connection exists. All we currently know is what the developer has told IGN: Deathgarden is a “brutal asymmetrical shooter, where powerful hunters prey on agile runners, in a spectacular dystopian bloodsport”.

Those looking to try Deathgarden out can do so at PAX East, which takes place in Boston April 5th through the 8th. If you can’t make it to PAX East, you can sign up for the Closed Alpha for PC through the game’s official website.

So, thoughts on Behaviour Interactive’s latest game? For those attending PAX East this year, plan on giving it a try?
