Dead Rising 4 Video Features Inbound Fan Requested Improvements (VIDEO)

Dead Rising 4 Video

When Dead Rising 4 was released for PC and Xbox One in December 2016, the title didn’t quite live up to fans’ expectations. Shortly after the game arrived, Capcom increased the difficulty due to player feedback. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the only issue that plagued the fourth main installment in the franchise. Recently, a new Dead Rising 4 video was released, detailing a host of improvements that are inbound.

Despite the lackluster success of the game, players still remain loyal to the franchise, offering feedback and suggestions as to how the developer could improve the open world survival horror title. Capcom took this to heart and has decided to implement a great deal of changes based on said fan feedback. Check them out in the Dead Rising 4 video below:

As can be seen in the video above, Maniacs will now possess some pretty awesome weapons that are unique to the wielder’s personality. Conquer said enemies and Frank will be able to pick up the weapon and use it in his own efforts of survival. Distress call missions are also being added to the title. These will be challenges for players to help someone in need, whether it be an escort mission, photography challenge, or a number of other things. Completing these will reward players with new outfits for Frank.

“Improved enemy AI, more reactive zombies, improved controller responsiveness,” and more will all be making their way to the game on December 5. This also happens to be the same day that the title heads to the PlayStation 4, allowing Sony gamers to get in on the action in Dead Rising 4: Frank’s Big Package.
