Bethesda’s Pete Hines Boasts A “Healthy Number” Of New Projects To Be Revealed At E3
This year’s E3 will continue the hype train for Bethesda follow last year’s impressive line-up. According to the Senior Vice President of Marketing, Pete Hines, the company will have a “healthy number” of projects and titles to show off this year.
A recent interview with Hines indicates that the team at Bethesda will be providing fans with several new treats this year. The team has been hard at work since September preparing for the upcoming E3, and the boss says it will be worth the wait. Hines explained that all that hard work is sure to pay off and Bethesda will players unique titles that will draw the interest of all kinds of fans regardless of platform choice and franchise fandom.
The company did quite well last year with their showing of multiple titles like Prey, Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus, and The Evil Within 2. Now they hope to build on that success by providing the same level of quality and the same, if not more, in terms of quantity in the upcoming E3.
I think we promised a lot of stuff last year, we shipped every one of those games and they were all really good quality – I think we had the highest Metacritic rating of any publisher in 2017 – and that’s our goal again this year, is to not only talk about new stuff but also deliver on those promises and give people the kind of games that they really want and expect from Bethesda.”
