WATCH: New Report Could See The Return Of Bad Company With The Next Battlefield Game

Battlefield has always ridden on the more serious side of the military shooter. Sure players can do some pretty crazy things such as rocket jump a tank mid air to shoot down planes, but those are some rare occasions and are seen as outliners to what many fans will experience. There was a single title however that broke out of the Battlefield norms. This title came by the name of Bad Company which let the franchise’s hair down, filled with plenty of comic relief that broke the tension of previous games. Players took on the role of a member of a squad that goes AWOL in the search of gold. Now, almost 10 years later players may be getting a chance to play the third in the Bad Company series according to the latest report.

A new video from the AlmightyDaq is here to give fans some possible insight into what EA DICE has planned next. Keep in mind that ALimightyDaq was responsible for a leak from Battlefield 1 that turned out to be true, and has many credible reports to his name to this day.  The video claims that Bad Company 3 will be set in a “mid and post-Vietnam conflict” and will be historically accurate for the most part, however will not feature the Cold War.

There will be the standard Battlefield classes for multiplayer such as Recon, Assault, Support, and Engineer. The game will also revolve around “tighter gameplay” as opposed to all out warfare, calling back to the likes of Bad Company 2 and Battlefield 3. Additionally, the game will feature many different game modes such as Conquest, Rush, Operations, Team Deathmatch, and more including a new mode called Squad Obliteration, which will focus on 5v5 combat.
