Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Launch Details Revealed

Assassin's Creed Valhalla

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is almost ready to launch, bringing players into the world of Vikings and the Anglo-Saxon kingdoms. Fans can currently pre-download the game on all platforms right now in preparation for the launch, with Stadia users having to just wait until launch day to play. Once the title does arrive, however, there will be a Day One update that will have to be downloaded as well.

A recent Ubisoft blog post details all the information players will need to know so they can be prepared for when Assassin’s Creed Valhalla drops later this month. The download for the game will be about 45 GB on all platforms and current pre-load times and launch times were provided for players across the world. The Day One update will be available at launch, providing a variety of bug fixes, overall fine-tuning of the game, as well as addressing some quest related issues. The update will also bring additional content to the title including localized audio packs and a two-part Codex featuring database and tutorial sections.

Assassin's Creed Valhalla

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is set to launch on November 10th for PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Google Stadia, Xbox Series X, PlayStation 5, and Amazon Luna. The Day One update isn’t bringing that many fun or exciting things to the table but having an update to help ensure the game runs smoothly is still quite nice.
