Among Us Now Available For Free For A Limited Time
The folks over at Epic Games are continuing to celebrate its Epic Mega Sale. Kicking off on May 20, the sale has so far provided gamers with ludicrously discounted games as well as the occasional freebie. Yet another free game is now available to snag, and it’s none other than Innersloth’s Among Us, which became one of the most popular titles of 2020 thanks in no small part to the global pandemic.
Epic Games took to its Epic Games Store Twitter to reveal that Among Us is now available for free for a limited time. Those familiar with gobbling up the occasional Epic Games Store freebie will know by now how to add the game to their libraries, but for those that don’t, it’s as simple as jumping onto the client, logging in, and click on the Among Us ‘FREE GAME’ advertisement on the front page. From there you can press the ‘Get’ button to ‘purchase’ the title for free, after which you’ll be prompted to download and install it. Simple!
Wait, what? No, we’re not the Imposters – we were on the other side of the ship, unlocking the #EpicMEGASale Vault… ?

It should be noted that Among Us won’t be available for free for very long. The promotional period runs now through June 3rd, so there’s only 7 or so days left to snag it before it reverts back to its still very reasonable regular price of $4.99. Seems a little sus, actually.
Among Us is now available on all major platforms.
