Overwatch’s Hanzo Statue Revealed By Blizzard, Pre-Orders Available Now (VIDEO)
Overwatch took the video game world by storm when it hit the market in 2016, creating a mainstream cult following in the industry with lovable heroes and lore. It is yet another hit franchise from Blizzard. Of course, there’s merchandise to feed the active fanbase with a variety of collectibles including statues, plushies, art books, and so much more. There are even Funko! Pops, Nendoroids, and statues that bring our favorite heroes to life and that includes a certain Shimada bowman, the sultry and mature Hanzo.
Blizzard announced a brand new statue in the form of Hanzo Shimada, following the phenomenal releases of Mercy, Genji, Widowmaker, and D.VA. At $175.00 (USD) a pop, they’re not an easy purchase, but will certainly make any fan envious. Measuring in at 33 centimeters, the statue features a perfectly sculpted Shimada, tattoos, bow, battle stance, and all. Check out the video below for a sneak peek:

This fine collectible was sculpted and produced by a talented team of artists including Dominic Qwek, Taso Gionis, Brian Fay, Hai Phan, Kyle Rau, Mireya Romo-Bowen, Laurel Austin, and Arnold Tsang. The base sits at 10 inches in diameter and and 13 inches tall. That’s over 1 foot of Shimada! The fine-painted details of gold, the wisps of grey hair that tells of his life experience, tattoos, and the trademark stern expression.
His arrow will find its mark in your heart or your collection! Pre-orders are available now right here. Customers are limited to 10 statues each order, and shipments are expected for delivery before the fourth quarter of 2018, meaning Hanzo fans can expect to see this beauty by the end of the year!
