Star Wars Battlefront 2 Toretto Mod Shows The Power of Family (VIDEO)

Toretto Mod

As gamers gain more tools and accessibility in modding their favorite video games, modders find new ways to express their creativity. With these artists naturally being citizens of the web, meme culture is exceedingly more present for the latest mods as well. Star Wars Battlefront II has been a common venue for these meme moms, with modders bringing the likes of Bernie Sanders, the Among Us crewmates and the Fall Guys to the game. The latest meme fixation on the web lately has been The Fast and the Furious’s Dominic “Dom” Toretto, and now, a new Star Wars Battlefront 2 Toretto mod has elevated this meme to new heights.

YouTube user ToastedShoes recently shared a compilation of mods they found from various modders that put Vin Diesel as Dom Toretto in various video games. The big highlight to many has been the Star Wars Battlefront 2 Toretto mod by modder TigerVenom22, which can be seen starting around the 4:30 mark of the video. The mod first shows off Dom’s signature black 1970 Dodge Charger R/T, now taking the place of a starfighter in the space battle mode of Battlefront II. Fans of the Fast and Furious films had theorized for years that eventually the franchise would go to space, and this mod made that theory a reality.

Toretto Mod

The second part of the Star Wars Battlefront II Toretto mod puts Vin Diesel’s physical form in the game, replacing the digital model of Darth Maul. Toretto has been celebrated lately for the power that family gives him, but it seems here that Toretto has opted to fight using the power of the Dark Side of the family. Toretto has the same combat moves as Darth Maul, leaving none alive in his tracks. Hopefully, Dom’s family brings him back into the light, and that he can shout “Noooooooo” as he throws The Rock down a reactor shaft.
