The Witcher Netflix Series Announces '6 Day of Witchmas' Campaign

While there’s still likely to be another year or so of waiting until the release of the next season of The Witcher, the Netflix series is still doing everything it can to keep us warm at night with festive cheer. To that end, the ‘6 Days of Witchmas’ campaign has been announced that promises that everyone will receive a gift without needing to do any of that pesky mingling.

The Witcher Netflix series took to Twitter earlier today to break down the first batch of details for its Witchmas campaign. Explained in a series of tweets, the promised ‘gifts’ appear to be batches of content, likely for the upcoming second season of the series. There is of course a caveat, for if the general consensus would rather invoke the Law of Surprise on any of the 6 days, well, it’s unknown what we’ll get, but it likely won’t be Henry Cavill in his birthday suit.

“I have acquired these gifts by searching far and wide for the ‘content’ that you so often request from me,” the tweets explained. “You may choose to accept that gift, OR you may choose to invoke the Law of Surprise. The decision will be made as a collective, based on a vote that will be held here. The winning choice will be revealed the following day – along with a new offering and another vote.”

“Choose wisely,” the final tweet warns. “For my gift offers are sincere, but the Law of Surprise is out of my musically-gifted hands.” Given that last comment it almost sounds as if Jaskier has taken the helm of The Witcher’s social media account, though at this point anything is possible. We’ll simply need to keep an eye on The Witcher’s Twitter account for the next week or so to see what happens.

Season 2 of Netflix’s The Witcher series is currently in development.
