Pokemon Sword And Shield Showcases New Galar Region Pokemon (VIDEO)

The end of October draws nigh and as we draw closer to November, that also means Pokemon Sword and Shield’s launch date comes closer as well. Entering the next generation of pocket monster on November 15th, the company releases a brand new trailer to show off new and before-seen Galar region Pokemon to capture. From the colorful, My Little Pony-esque Ponyta to a strawberry and cream creature that looks simultaneously adorable and edible; plus, it can turn into a giant multi-tiered cake. Check them all out below:

Thanks to Game Freak and company, fans get a sneak peek at the adorable and fearsome creatures they can capture in Pokemon Sword and Shield. There are Gigantamax versions Pikachu, Eevee, Charizard, and select Galar region ones in this particular trailer. Of course, who can forget the dapper Weezing bong or the regal evolution of Farfetch’d in Sirfetch’d with giant jousting leek and shield? Yeah, no one ever said Pokemon was normal but the people behind these designs sure are creative!

There are likely tons of other Galar region Pokemon on the way as Sword and Shield makes ways next month. In addition to the new starters, the two legendary Pokemon Zacian and Zamazenta waiting to be discovered by the most fearless of trainers!
