More details have been released for the upcoming sequel, take a peak at the newly released poster below:

Ralph 2

The Ralph 2 title is named Wreck- It Ralph 2: Ralph Breaks the Internet. Back in 2012, Director Rich Moore mentioned that he wanted to use the sequel to bring the movie up to date with current gaming, such as the online play style and the console community. During CinemaCon 2017, the filmmakers announced the title as well as a hint to the plot. To state the obvious, the focus of the movie will be Ralph and friends will be “leaving the arcade and wrecking the Internet”.

To take these characters we love and have them enter the enormous world of the internet has given us so much to explore. Our production team has been hard at work designing a world that takes something we all think we know—the internet—but shows it in a whole new, imaginative way.

The filmmakers also released information on the cast as well. It seems John C. Reilly, who played Ralph, will be joined by Sarah Silverman (Vanellope), Jane Lynch (Sargeant Calhoun), and Jack McBrayer (Fix- It Felix). Rich Moore and Phil Johnston will return as the second movies directors alongside producer Clark Spencer who are quite excited about the project.

We’re so excited to be working with Ralph, Vanellope von Schweetz, Fix-It Felix, and Sergeant Calhoun again, and we have new characters we look forward to unveiling. At the center of this film, as in the first one, is the relationship between Ralph and Vanellope, two once-outcasts, who in each other, found true friendship.

Wreck-It Ralph: Ralph Breaks the Internet will be out in theaters March 9th, 2018. Are you ready for Ralph to break the internet? Let us know in the comments section below. As always, don’t forget to follow Don’t Feed the Gamers on Twitter for 24/7 coverage of all things gaming and entertainment
