Now that the Battle for Azeroth expansion has arrived for World of Warcraft players, gamers are sinking some major hours into the game. However, some people haven’t been able to enjoy the experience as much as they’d like. This, of course, is due to the heavy strain being put on the servers, which is causing a few issues.

While many people speaking up about these issues have been courteous with their concerns, some have expressed outrage and snark. One Blizzard community rep wasn’t having this, prompting them to issue the following response:

Why not both? You realize we have teams of people working on multiple things right? And that their specialties allow them to address different types of issues? It's not 1 person with a wrench in a server room. ^KAL

It’s completely understandable to be upset. People have paid money for something to work, and it didn’t. However, it’s always good to remember that those you go after on any social media for any problem you have, that’s another human being. Keep it respectful and peaceful, and you might not need ointment for any burns incurred.
