U-Haul Gets Their Dragon Age Fandom On In Hilarious Thread
It ain’t click bait and it ain’t fake either. U-Haul is a fan of Dragon Age! Well, their social media manager is anyway. In a recent exchange on Twitter mentioning U-Haul by name, said company decided to chip in to the conversation with a hilarious contribution and it has Dragon Age fans on Twitter doing a double-take. Check it out:
Leliana: Believe it or not, the maker is gay
Warden: Can you elaborate on that?
Leliana: No— U-Haul (@uhaul) January 30, 2020
Obviously, U-Haul’s Twitter account doesn’t speak for the entirety of the company in terms of which fandoms they’re in favor of, but it’s pretty clear their social media manager is on board. What’s more? Patrick Weekes and Mike Laidlaw approve.
In response to a Twitter use asking if the above interaction confirms that U-Haul is a fan of David Lynch and Dragon Age? This was the moving company’s and Weekes’ response:
Canon.

Of course, the reactions to said thread are equally as marvelous. Likely your reaction to reading this as well, folks on Twitter were equal parts giggly and astonished. Here are a few notable and hilarious responses:

Makers’s breath. We’re literally moving into our first house next week and now I know where the moving truck is coming from.
(I’m usually immune to corporate social media accounts’ attempts to be relatable. But when someone hits me in the BioWare feels…)
