The Outer Worlds Murder On Eridanos DLC Releases Next Week (VIDEO)
It looks like The Outer Worlds is getting its very own murder mystery! Announced today by Obsidian Entertainment, The Outer Worlds: Murder on Eridanos is the game’s 2nd expansion to date, and will send players to the floating islands of Eridanos where they will discover new weapons, character customization options, weapon and armor variants, and more.
Obsidian Entertainment took to YouTube today to show off the first look at The outer Worlds: Murder on Eridanos DLC. The new content tasks players with uncovering the truth behind the murder of the Halycon Helen, the famous fictional character and spokesperson for Rizzo’s Spectrum Vodka. “In Murder on Eridanos, players must venture to the skies of Eridanos and unravel the grandest murder mystery in the Halcyon colony,” the official description of the DLC reads. “Everyone is a suspect in this peculiar whodunit after Rizzo’s hired spokesperson, the famous Halcyon Helen, winds up dead ahead of the release of the brand-new Spectrum Brown Vodka.”
Solve the case in this second expansion which features a murder mystery, a unique world where players must travel to the floating islands of Eridanos, new weapons and character customization including three new science weapons as well as weapon and armor variants.”
The Outer Worlds: Murder on Eridanos releases on March 17, and can be purchased separately or as part of the game’s Season Pass, which includes the Peril on Gorgon DLC and the as yet unannounced final DLC scheduled for the game.
