Skate 4 Announcement Didn’t Happen at E3 Leaving Many Fans Upset
E3 2017 is here and among the many things shown during the EA press conference, a Skate 4 announcement was not among them. This in turn left many fans disappointed after much rumors and speculation has circulated after an EA community manager tweeted a Skate 4 hashtag earlier this.
Fans on social media have made it increasingly clear how disappointed they are in the lack of Skate 4 announcement this year. After the Skate 4 hashtag tease appeared, EA denied having Skate 4 in development at that time however fans still held out some hope for the future. Now with their souls crushed, many are taking to social media to express their displeasure in the form of cheeky memes and Tweets.

Not everyone is totally surprised at the lack of a Skate 4 announcement however. The Skate franchise is highly popular and EA is aware of the interest of a future title. That was enough for Skate 3 to recieve the backwards compatibility treatment through Xbox One and EA Access. The popularity of the franchise only seems to grow as the years go on. This leads many fans to assume that EA is currently trying to scope out just how much interest in a future Skate 4 there actually is.
Perhaps with enough popularity and the proper allocation of resources fans will be able to see a Skate 4 in the future. Are you dissapointed that the EA press conference held no Skate 4 announcement?
