Rocket League 'Frosty Fest 2018' Event Is Now Live (VIDEO)

Winter is finally upon us, and game developer Psyonix is celebrating in style with a brand new seasonal event for Rocket League. Referred to as ‘Frosty Fest 2018,’ the new event brings with it loads of goodies for players to acquire using snowflakes, the game’s seasonal currency. Check out the reveal trailer for the Rocket League Frosty Fest 2018 event below:

As seen in the trailer, players can earn tons of exciting rewards by playing through normal matches and acquiring snowflakes, which they can then trade in for various items. These items include player banners, limited toppers, limited antennas, and more. Here is the full list of items purchasable with snowflakes:

  • Limited Topper  – Sleigh-Bailed
  • Limited Antenna – Dreidel
  • Limited Topper – Christmas Cocoa
  • Limited Player Title – Peppermint Powerhouse
  • Limited Decal – Sweater Fest
  • Limited Decal – Nisse
  • Limited Decal – Winter Waddle
  • Limited Player Banner – Frostline
  • Limited Trail – Winter Storm
  • Limited Animated Decal – Snowstorm
  • Limited Rocket Boost – Fireworks
  • Limited Wheels – Holiday Hearth

Players can also spend snowflakes to acquire Golden Gifts, which unlock items from the Nitro, Turbo, Overdrive, and Secret Santa Crates. The Rocket League Frosty Fest 2018 event runs from December 17 to January 7.

Rocket League is now available for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
