Red Dead Redemption 2 Played On The Lowest Setting Is Quite Disturbing (VIDEO)
When Red Dead Redemption 2 released onto consoles the game was gorgeous, but with the game’s release onto PC the already impressive visuals were raised to an all-new level. Though many players without super high powered rigs won’t be able to reach the highest quality of visuals, the game can still look very good. On the other hand, one player has dared to go in the opposite direction, attempting to uncover what the title looks like on the lowest settings possible.
YouTuber LowSpecGamer has a penchant for blowing the minds of players with polygonal nightmare fuel, but the user’s latest video is particularly bizarre. The extremely low settings were gained by not only dropping the normal visual settings down to the bare minimum with sliders but by messing around with the game files themselves to bring about a dark and twisted world where cowboys have no fingers or faces, wagons disappear, and horses lose their eyes. Oddly enough, the game still looks quite impressive at timers even with the incredibly reduced visual quality.
Red Dead Redemption 2 is currently available for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. Many players seem to be having issues with the title, from fans losing connection to Red Dead Online to the launcher itself not working properly. Thankfully, the developers are on top of working on ways to fix the current issues.
What settings are you able to play the game on? Are they better or worse than what you imagined?
