These Real-Life Destiny 2 Sparrows Will Summon Your Envious Side (VIDEO)

Destiny 2 Sparrows

With Destiny 2 having been out in the universe for a little over month now, players have been getting in on the action by completing raids, strikes, missions, and more. Since weekly resets are a thing, there’s seemingly no end to the fun that can be had by all. Another fun aspect of the franchise has always been a Guardian’s trusty Sparrow, the delightful vehicle on which players can traverse the land set before them. If you’ve ever wondered what the Destiny 2 Sparrows would look like in real life, that wait ends now.

A couple members of the Nitro Circus recently teamed up with Activision to bring these virtual beauties to the real world. Performing sick stunts, such as “No Hands”, “Kickout”, and double tapping Z like nobody’s business to do a barrel role(whoops, wrong universe), Ryan “RWilly” Williams and Blake “Bilko” Williams go toe-to-toe with Joey Natale and the Hydro Circus stunt team. This, of course, was after Natale doused the Nitro guys with a Sparrow of his own. Check out the action in the video below:

Using Jetovator technology, the engineers behind the real-life Destiny 2 Sparrows certainly provided players with an abundance of jealousy. Naturally, you’re not going to find these inside your local extreme sports store, but if you or any of your friends are talented in the engineering department, we still recommend leaving it to the professionals. Speaking of which, here’s what it took to bring these speed bikes to life:

These Sparrows were built from converted Jetovator technology and it took two months of research and development, building and testing to refine the vehicles in order for them to fly and to be able to pull off these insane tricks. With a speed of up to 25mph on water and the ability to soar up to 20 feet in the air, these Sparrows really can fly!”

Destiny 2 is currently available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. PC gamers have less than two weeks of waiting until the game arrives on October 24. Keep it tuned to Don’t Feed the Gamers as more gaming goodness comes to life, and for other related news, check out the following:
